The one-hour course, “Maximizing Your Firearms Dealership: Turning Your Contact List into Customers through Effective Email Marketing” will provide attendees with essential information on:

LBM was founded in 2003 to meet a growing need for public relations and marketing communications for small to medium-sized companies within the law enforcement, tactical, military, shooting sports, outdoor, boating, and recreational fishing markets. With over 40 combined years of experience in marketing, corporate management, and public relations, LBM has helped companies build better brand awareness to the media and their customers through traditional and digital media methods.

Founder Laura Burgess started in the firearms industry as a warehouse temp at a new company called SIGARMS, located in Exeter, New Hampshire, in 1991. She was named the first woman manager at the company in 1993 and in 1994 moved to a management position in marketing. By 2001, she had attained the position of director of corporate communications and led all marketing, collateral, advertising, and events. In 2003, she left the company to start her own public relations company focused on providing personal service in the growing tactical market.

Ashley Burgess Gall, President, rounds out the team bringing her years of experience in social media, digital media, and events. She is HootSuite certified in their social media platforms and certified in Social Media Marketing. Gall helps clients manage the ever-evolving social media world by providing management, strategy, and administration on client’s social media platforms. She also manages email marketing campaigns, writer relations, content creation, and public relations campaigns.
